About the Role
We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a well-established electrical distribution business in High Wycombe. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering excellent service. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, plus 1-in-4 Saturday mornings (paid overtime)

Key Responsibilities
Managing and developing existing customer accounts
Generating new business and re-engaging inactive customers
Preparing and following up quotations
Promoting a wide range of products and services
Supporting customers by phone, email, and at the trade counter
Working closely with colleagues to achieve branch sales targets
Building relationships with contractors, commercial clients, and trade customers
What We're Looking For
Experience in internal sales, account management, trade counter sales, or a similar
Previous exposure to electrical wholesale, builders' merchants, plumbing & heating, industrial distribution, or a related trade sector
Strong communication and customer service skills
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to sales
Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy environment
