We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to join a well-established distribution business in a fast-moving consumable goods sector.
In this role you’ll team lead 3 members of the customer service team.
We are looking for someone bright, personable and looking for a long-term career.
The role is Monday – Thurs 9am – 5pm, with an earlier finish on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
Act as team leader to support the customer service team
Build strong relationships with existing customers
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Support order processing and daily team activity
Help re-engage inactive customer accounts
About You
Previous experience being a team leader in an office-based environment
Previous experience within customer service or sales support/administration
Organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment
Commercially aware with a proactive approach
Able to build long-term customer relationships
Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
